A non-invasive session designed to calm your nervous system, release tension and restore inner balance — using the healing frequencies of amethyst crystals, Far Infrared warmth and Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy. This treatment is ideal for those who are energetically sensitive, integrating bodywork, recovering from ceremony, or simply seeking a held, quiet space for rest and recalibration. Your session includes a grounding welcome, time to settle and full-body support while fully clothed on the infrared crystal mat. Optional sound frequencies can be incorporated to deepen the experience. Cancellation Policy
Booking Your Session To book a session, please contact me directly via: 📧 hayley@theheartsmystery.com 📱 07971 311636 Please note: All appointments are arranged personally to ensure alignment with availability and to maintain an intentional, supportive experience. Advance Notice I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all bookings to allow for adequate preparation. Same-day appointments may be available depending on availability — please feel free to enquire. Deposits & Payments To secure your session, a non-refundable deposit of £25 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, payable by cash or bank transfer. You will receive confirmation of your session once your deposit has been received. Arrival Time Please arrive at your scheduled time. Your session includes gentle time to settle in and close, so there is no need to arrive early. Cancellations & Rescheduling Thank you for honouring the time and care that goes into preparing each session. More than 24 hours’ notice: Your deposit may be transferred once to a rescheduled session. Less than 24 hours’ notice: Your £25 deposit will be retained. No-shows (no notice): Your £25 deposit will be retained. These policies are in line with UK small business practice and help ensure the sustainability of this work. Emergency Situations I fully understand that genuine emergencies can arise. If you’re unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible — I will always do my best to respond with fairness and understanding. Refund Policy Payments made for services (including deposits or pre-paid sessions) are non-refundable, except in the following cases: A session is cancelled by me. Exceptional circumstances, at my discretion. If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to reschedule your session for a future date. This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which supports fair cancellation terms and allows service providers to retain non-refundable deposits where reasonable.
