A quiet, nourishing space where you can soften, be seen, and feel deeply supported in the tender unfolding of early motherhood. What It Is A private, spacious session gently weaving baby massage, postpartum care, nervous system support and ritual — all attuned to your unique rhythms and needs. This is a space for slowing down. For being held. For remembering that your needs matter, too. There’s no rush. No performance. No expectations. Just presence, softness and soulful care. What You’ll Receive: One 90-minute 1:1 session tailored to you and your baby’s rhythms Personalised baby massage & bonding guidance — gentle, responsive techniques to nurture deep connection Postnatal ritual and rebozo-inspired care — grounding, somatic support and soft touch to soothe and restore Guided rest, breathwork and nervous system nourishment — sound healing and meditative stillness Space to be witnessed in your motherhood journey with no pressure Location Options: In-Studio: The Heart’s Mystery — a peaceful garden sanctuary in Hedge End, Southampton At Home: Home visits available within 5 miles (free), with a small additional travel fee beyond Investment: £60 for a single 90-minute private session How to Book: This is a deeply personal and nurturing experience, offered with care and spaciousness. Cancellation Policy
Booking Your Session To book a session, please contact me directly via: 📧 hayley@theheartsmystery.com 📱 07971 311636 Please note: All appointments are arranged personally to ensure alignment with availability and to maintain an intentional, supportive experience. Advance Notice I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all bookings to allow for adequate preparation. Same-day appointments may be available depending on availability — please feel free to enquire. Deposits & Payments To secure your session, a non-refundable deposit of £25 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, payable by cash or bank transfer. You will receive confirmation of your session once your deposit has been received. Arrival Time Please arrive at your scheduled time. Your session includes gentle time to settle in and close, so there is no need to arrive early. Cancellations & Rescheduling Thank you for honouring the time and care that goes into preparing each session. More than 24 hours’ notice: Your deposit may be transferred once to a rescheduled session. Less than 24 hours’ notice: Your £25 deposit will be retained. No-shows (no notice): Your £25 deposit will be retained. These policies are in line with UK small business practice and help ensure the sustainability of this work. Emergency Situations I fully understand that genuine emergencies can arise. If you’re unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible — I will always do my best to respond with fairness and understanding. Refund Policy Payments made for services (including deposits or pre-paid sessions) are non-refundable, except in the following cases: A session is cancelled by me. Exceptional circumstances, at my discretion. If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to reschedule your session for a future date. This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which supports fair cancellation terms and allows service providers to retain non-refundable deposits where reasonable.
