At The Heart's Mystery, we pride ourselves on providing a smooth and efficient shopping experience. All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our base in Southampton, United Kingdom. We offer FREE delivery on all orders!

1. Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 2 business days, excluding UK bank holidays.
Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next business day.
During peak periods (e.g., seasonal events, promotional sales) or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., adverse weather), processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays via email or website announcements.

2. Shipping Method & Tracking

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK deliveries, a reliable tracked service ensuring your order arrives safely.
Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days from dispatch.
You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to track your parcel via Royal Mail’s Track & Trace service.

3. Delivery Areas

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
If you are unavailable to receive your parcel, please follow the instructions on the delivery notice left by Royal Mail.

5. Liability

While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot be held liable for delays or loss caused by the courier, strikes, weather, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
Ownership and risk pass to you upon successful delivery confirmation by Royal Mail.

6. Issues with Your Order
