At The Heart's Mystery, we pride ourselves on providing a smooth and efficient shopping experience. All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our base in Southampton, United Kingdom. We offer FREE delivery on all orders!

We aim to process all orders within 2 business days, excluding UK bank holidays.

  • Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak periods (e.g., seasonal events, promotional sales) or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., adverse weather conditions), processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will select the best available alternative shipping service.

We will notify you if there are any significant delays in processing or shipping your order.

2. Shipping Method

We currently use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK deliveries. This is a reliable and secure tracked service that ensures your order arrives safely.

Delivery Options:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: Delivery within 2-3 working days from dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. This allows you to track your parcel via the Royal Mail website or their Track & Trace service.

3. Delivery Areas

  • UK Only: Currently, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
