Returns

At The Heart’s Mystery, I take care to ensure all products are made and packaged with attention and integrity. Please read this Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible at hayley@theheartsmystery.com.

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Hygiene Restrictions

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged:

  • Womb / yoni steaming stools

  • Womb / yoni steaming herbal blends

  • Womb / yoni steaming ritual sets

These products are intended for intimate personal use and fall within the hygiene exemption under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at hayley@theheartsmystery.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the fault or damage

Once the issue has been verified, I will offer a replacement or refund, in line with your statutory rights.

4. Returning Faulty Items

Where a return is required:

  • I will provide instructions on how to return the item

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible

  • Please use a tracked postal service and retain proof of postage

I am not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or confirming the fault.

Where a replacement is agreed instead of a refund, this will be arranged as promptly as possible.

6. Statutory Rights

This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK law.
