How do I cancel an order?

Return Restrictions

Non-Returnable Items: In the interest of hygiene, earrings, necklaces, yoni steaming cushions and yoni steaming stools cannot be returned. Custom Yoni steam blends are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Returnable Items: Yoni steam blends in their original, unopened and resalable condition can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Once opened, your purchase is no longer eligible for exchange or refund.

How do I return unwanted or unsuitable items?

If you have changed your mind about an item purchased from us online, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us directly at hayley@theheartsmystery.com before returning your item(s).

Return Address: Post your return to our UK address. Ensure the item is in resalable condition and in its original packaging. Once opened, your purchase is no longer eligible for exchange or refund.

Shipping Method: We strongly recommend using a secure or trackable method of postage, such as recorded or special delivery. Keep your proof of postage, as The Heart's Mystery is not responsible for items not received or lost. Until we receive your return, the items and their condition remain your responsibility.

Condition: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

We'll email you to confirm receipt of your return and that your request is being processed.
Expect our reply within 72 hours of contacting us for a return.
Refunds will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. If we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.​
