How to Cancel an Order:
To cancel your order, please email hayley@theheartsmystery.com with your name and order details as soon as possible.

Return Restrictions:
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Earrings

• Necklaces

• Yoni steaming cushions

• Yoni steaming stools

• Custom Yoni steam blends (not eligible for exchange or refund)

Returnable Items:
Yoni steam blends in their original, unopened, and resalable condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Once opened, the purchase is no longer eligible for return or refund.

How to Return Unwanted or Unsuitable Items:

1. Contact us via email at hayley@theheartsmystery.com before returning the item.

2. Return to our UK address in its original, resalable condition and packaging.

3. Use a secure, trackable shipping method (e.g., recorded delivery). Keep proof of postage as we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the item is not returned in saleable condition.

 

Refund Process:
Once we receive your return, we’ll email to confirm and process it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 28 days. If we cannot refund via the original method, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative.
