Terms of Service

Welcome to www.theheartsmystery.com (the “Website”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the purchase of products and the booking of services offered by The Heart’s Mystery.

By using this Website or making a purchase or booking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About Me

“I”, “me”, or “my” refers to Hayley Millbank, a sole trader trading as The Heart’s Mystery, operating in the United Kingdom.

I sell to UK customers only via www.theheartsmystery.com.

​

2. Products

I sell the following physical products:

  • wooden womb/yoni steaming stools

  • womb/yoni steaming herbal blends

  • womb/yoni steaming ritual sets

All products are intended for personal wellbeing sessions.

​

3. Services

I offer the following services:

  • Womb Steaming

  • Closing the Bones

  • Held Rest

  • Held 1-to-1 (private postnatal support)

  • Held Together – a mother & baby postnatal group

Services are offered:

  • At my home space in Clanfield, Hampshire, UK on selected days

  • As a mobile service in Clanfield and surrounding area

  • Held Together is currently held at The Centre, Petersfield, UK

4. Eligibility

By booking a service or purchasing a product, you confirm that you are:

  • Aged 18 or over

5. Bookings & Payment

​

Services (1-to-1)

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for:

    • Womb Steaming

    • Closing the Bones

    • Held Rest

  • The remaining balance is payable on the day of the session, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

​

Groups & Programmes

  • Held Together and Held 1-to-1 must be paid in full at the time of booking.

​

Products

  • Full payment is required at checkout.

All prices are in GBP (£). Payment methods are shown at checkout.

6. Cancellations & Deposits – Services

​

Client Cancellations

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking for all one-to-one services. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your appointment time.

If you cancel your appointment, the deposit will be retained.

Where reasonable notice is given, I may offer the option to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. If you choose not to reschedule, if the cancellation is made with short notice, or if you do not attend your appointment, the deposit will be retained.

No further payment will be required.

Cancellations by Me

If I need to cancel a session for any reason, you will be offered:

  • A full refund of all payments made, including any deposit, or

  • An alternative appointment date, where possible

7. Products – Returns & Refunds

Hygiene & Safety

Due to the nature of the products, returns are not accepted unless an item is faulty or damaged.

​

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Please notify me within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photographic evidence

  • A replacement or refund will be offered once verified

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

8. Right to Refuse Service & Safeguarding

I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or withdraw services if I believe that:

  • Safety or wellbeing may be compromised

  • Safeguarding concerns arise

  • Inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour occurs

  • Incomplete, misleading, or false information has been provided

Where a service is withdrawn by me, any payments made (excluding completed sessions) will be refunded.

9. Health & Responsibility

My services are not medical treatments and do not replace professional medical advice.

You are responsible for informing me of any relevant health conditions before a session.

10. Insurance

I hold appropriate professional insurance for all services provided.

This insurance does not replace medical advice or cover medical conditions.

​

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, text, and materials are the property of The Heart’s Mystery and may not be copied or used without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this Website, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

​

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
