About the Stool
Each stool is individually prepared in small batches from natural pine wood.
A central opening is carefully cut and hand-sanded to allow comfortable steam flow. All surfaces are smoothed by hand.
The wood is left untreated — free from varnish, stains, sealants, or chemicals.
Lightweight, sturdy and designed for regular home use.

How It's Used
Womb steaming is a traditional self-care practice where warm herbal steam is directed toward the pelvic area while seated comfortably on a stool.
 
Add herbs to boiling water, allow to steep, place beneath the stool and sit comfortably for up to 20 minutes.
