I'm Hayley, founder of The Heart’s Mystery. From my peaceful garden studio in Hedge End, Southampton, I offer intuitive healing sessions, sacred feminine practices and handcrafted ritual tools to support you in your return to yourself.
My journey into womb wisdom began during my first pregnancy — a quiet yet powerful moment of remembering. I realised everything I’d been seeking already lived within me. That moment marked a return. A remembering.
Since then, I’ve walked the spiral path of healing and becoming. I’ve studied with Mayan midwives in Guatemala, reclaimed ancient feminine traditions, and held space for women to reconnect to the sacred within.
My work is not about fixing.
