About Me
My name is Hayley
I hold space for women seeking womb-centred care, deep rest, and reverent listening.
Through womb steaming, closing the bones ceremonies and embodied bodywork, I offer what can sometimes be missing in conventional healthcare: unhurried presence, belief in what your body knows and practices rooted in ancient feminine wisdom.

My Training & Lineage
I learned traditional womb steaming and abdominal massage practices with Mariu Gobbato and Mayan midwives at Lake Atitlan, Guatemala in 2023.
I trained in the closing the bones ceremony with Sophie Massager Phd, learning traditional rebozo work rooted in Central and South American postpartum care traditions.
I practice with deep respect for the cultures that preserved these traditions. I acknowledge my teachers, honour the roots of these practices, and work with integrity and humility.

Who I Work With
I hold space for women who are:
-
Postpartum and seeking deeper restoration
-
Healing from miscarriage or pregnancy loss
-
In perimenopause, menopause or major life transition
-
Exhausted from trying to "hold it all together"
-
Simply needing to be heard, held and seen
How I Hold Space
I work at the pace of safety — never faster than the body allows.
There is no requirement to open, release, process or heal on demand.
What unfolds is allowed to do so in its own time.
My work begins with listening — to breath, tone, posture, stillness, and what lives beneath words.
Through touch, ritual, herbs, and quiet presence, I offer spaces where women can be with themselves without expectation.
Your yes matters. Your no matters. Your body leads.
Why I Do This Work
This work found me through initiation.
In 2013, I birthed my daughter at home — 10lbs, no drugs, into my own hands.
I left my body during labor, looked down at myself and surrendered to forces beyond me.
That birth showed me a power I didn't know I had.
Years later, after my own unraveling and remembering, I traveled to Guatemala.
During a womb massage session with traditional Mayan midwives,
I experienced the profound medicine of being truly listened to — body, spirit and soul.
The practitioner felt what modern methods had missed.
She guided me toward answers my body had been seeking for years.
That experience showed me:
When we listen deeply to the body with presence and reverence, healing pathways open.
I came home, trained with Sophie Massager in the closing the bones ceremony,
and started The Heart's Mystery.
Not because I wanted a business.
Because I want to offer women the kind of deep listening, presence
and sacred witnessing that changed everything for me.
My Approach
This is not medical treatment. I don't diagnose, cure, or claim to fix anything.
What I offer complements — but does not replace — medical care.
I encourage all clients to maintain relationships with their GPs and healthcare providers.
If you're experiencing unexplained pain or symptoms, please seek appropriate medical care.
What I offer is space — held, safe, and deeply respectful — for your body to be heard alongside your healthcare journey.
Sessions & Availability
Sessions are offered from my home space in Hampshire on selected days, and as a mobile offering within the local area.
I also create handcrafted ritual tools:
— for women who prefer to practice at home.
If You're Here
If you've arrived here and feel a sense of recognition — a pause, a softening, a quiet "yes" — that's enough.
Your body knows.
And I'm here to help you listen.
Nothing here needs to be rushed.
