I'm Hayley, founder of The Heart's Mystery.
From my studio in Hedge End, Hampshire, I support women through intuitive healing sessions, sacred feminine practices, women’s circles and handcrafted ritual tools.
My journey into womb wisdom began during my first pregnancy — a quiet yet powerful remembering. I realised that everything I had been seeking already lived within me. That moment marked a return. A remembering.
Since then, I have walked the spiral path of healing and becoming: studying with Mayan midwives in Guatemala, reclaiming feminine traditions and holding space for women as they reconnect to their own inner wisdom.
Rooted in Ancestral Traditions
The practices I share are ancient. They have been carried by women across continents and cultures for thousands of years. Women have always tended to one another through herbs, touch and ritual.
My work is a remembrance of these threads. A reweaving of practices my foremothers would have known: steaming herbs from the garden, gathering in circle, honouring rites of passage and tending to the body as sacred.
