Join me in my warm, baby-led circle in Hedge End, Southampton — a space where you can rest, reconnect and be gently held in the sacred threshold of early motherhood.
Over five nourishing weeks, we’ll weave together baby massage, soulful rituals and gentle postpartum practices — creating moments of stillness, presence and magic for both of you.
