This is a deeply restorative therapy using the combined power of amethyst crystals, soothing far-infrared warmth and Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) technology - all delivered through a therapeutic mat that you simply relax on, fully clothed. There is no physical touch involved in this session - making it ideal for those seeking gentle, non-invasive support for body, mind and soul. Whether you’re easing aches and inflammation, supporting emotional release or craving deep calm, this treatment invites your system to soften, restore and re-centre. You can choose to simply rest in silence or enhance your session with sound frequency therapy or a guided meditation - intuitively tailored to your energy on the day. Each session is 30 minutes, with 20 minutes spent on the mat. This duration is ideal for an introductory experience, allowing you to feel the full benefits of infrared heat, amethyst crystal energy and PEMF therapy. For those looking to progress after several introductory sessions, the treatment time can gradually increase. As you become accustomed to the therapy, you can extend your session time from 20 minutes to 30mins, 40, or even up to 60 minutes on the mat. Each increase in treatment time will incur an additional cost of £10 per session increase. Held in my peaceful garden studio in Hedge End, Southampton. (A full address and directions will be shared upon booking.) Payment & Deposit: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is to be paid on the day, either in cash or by bank transfer. Cancellation Policy
Advance Notice All sessions must be booked with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Same-day bookings are not available through the online system. Same-Day Requests If you would like to request a same-day appointment, please email me directly at hayley@theheartsmystery.com. I will do my best to accommodate you where possible, depending on availability. Deposits A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is payable on the day, either in cash or via bank transfer. Arrival Time Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Your session time includes space for settling in and gently closing, so there is no need to arrive early. Cancellations and Rescheduling I understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable. If you are unable to attend your session, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible, allowing others the opportunity to book and helping me manage my schedule effectively. Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or reschedules made with more than 24 hours' notice will not incur any charge. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the full session fee. No-Shows: Non-attendance without prior notice will be charged at 100% of the session fee. Emergency Situations I fully understand that genuine emergencies can occur. If an emergency prevents you from attending, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to be flexible and understanding.
