A deeply held rite of passage — this sacred ceremony invites you to return to yourself. Rooted in traditional Central & South American midwifery practices, and woven with intuitive ritual and sound healing, this offering honours life’s thresholds: birth, loss, transformation and rebirth. Whether postpartum, in menopause, grieving, starting a new chapter or simply feeling the call to be held — this ceremony is a space to release, reconnect and reclaim your sacred feminine self. Your Ceremony Includes: Ceremonial Cacao – A sacred heart-opening brew to begin your journey with intention and presence. Flower Petal Foot Bath – A gentle ritual to soften and ground, inviting you fully into sacred space. Sound Healing – Alchemy crystal bowls, drumming and Shruti box toning to anchor and harmonise. Yoni Steaming – A warm herbal practice to support release and reconnect. Oil Anointing & Blessing – Infused with intention, using sacred spring water and essential oils. Rebozo Massage – Rhythmic rocking and cradling with woven shawls to soothe and realign. Womb Massage – Nurturing touch to support emotional healing and womb connection. Ceremonial Wrapping – Tender, symbolic closure using rebozo scarves to create deep stillness. Crystal & PEMF Therapy Mat – Gently used during rebozo massage and wrapping, to support deep relaxation and energetic realignment. Herbal Tea – Offered with love, to ground and support integration. This experience is unhurried and deeply held — you are welcomed into a quiet, private space to simply rest, receive and be. Location: Held in my peaceful garden studio in Hedge End, Southampton. (Full address shared upon booking.) Pricing & Payment: £195 · Approx. 3 hours A deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day. Cancellation Policy
Advance Notice All sessions must be booked with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Same-day bookings are not available through the online system. Same-Day Requests If you would like to request a same-day appointment, please email me directly at hayley@theheartsmystery.com. I will do my best to accommodate you where possible, depending on availability. Deposits A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is payable on the day, either in cash or via bank transfer. Arrival Time Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Your session time includes space for settling in and gently closing, so there is no need to arrive early. Cancellations and Rescheduling I understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable. If you are unable to attend your session, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible, allowing others the opportunity to book and helping me manage my schedule effectively. Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or reschedules made with more than 24 hours' notice will not incur any charge. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the full session fee. No-Shows: Non-attendance without prior notice will be charged at 100% of the session fee. Emergency Situations I fully understand that genuine emergencies can occur. If an emergency prevents you from attending, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to be flexible and understanding.
