Held Together
A weekly circle for Mothers with Babies 6 weeks to 6 months. Held Together is a calm, gently held space for mothers and babies in the early months. It offers a quiet hour to settle together — without pressure to keep up, perform, or do things "right". Each session moves at a baby-led pace, with space to pause, rest, feed, move, or simply be together. There is nothing to achieve, and nothing you need to prepare for in advance. Who it's for: Mothers with babies from around 6 weeks to pre-crawling (approximately 6 months). Babies are welcome to feed, sleep, fuss, stretch, move, or be held at any time. Mothers are gently encouraged to listen to themselves as much as they listen to their babies. Sessions may gently include: * Rebozo self-care — learning to tend to your own body using a simple scarf. The rebozo does the work; you guide it with minimal effort. This gives you tools to nurture yourself. * Gentle humming or lullabies (always optional) — connecting with your baby through sound * Baby massage — one area each week (feet & legs, tummy, chest & arms, face & back) * Guided breath and rest — brief practices to restore your nervous system * A moment to be witnessed — space to speak, to listen, to pause Everything is optional. You are always welcome to observe, pause, or rest. Group size is limited to 6 mother–baby pairs to maintain a calm, supportive atmosphere. This is a drop-in — come once, come weekly, or drop in when it feels right. Every Monday stands alone, though returning allows the rhythm to settle over time. Once I receive your payment, I'll confirm your space. Cancellations: Cancel by Sunday 6pm for full refund. Cancel Monday morning: 50% late fee (£7.50), 50% credit (£7.50). Payment: Payment is required in advance unless otherwise stated. One-to-one services (Womb Steaming, Closing the Bones, Held Rest): 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking by bank transfer Remaining balance payable on the day of the session Held 1-to-1 (private postnatal support): Full payment in advance by bank transfer Held Together (weekly mother & baby circle): Full payment (£15) in advance by bank transfer Must be paid by Sunday 6pm before the Monday session Once I receive your payment, I'll confirm your booking. Cancellations & Refunds For one-to-one services - Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel, your deposit will be retained. I may offer to reschedule subject to availability. For Held Together (mother & baby circle): Cancel by Sunday 6pm: Full refund Cancel after Sunday 6pm: 50% forfeited (£7.50), 50% held as credit (£7.50) No-show (didn't cancel): Payment forfeited, no credit Life is unpredictable — if something comes up, just let me know as soon as you can. Exceptional circumstances (serious illness, emergency): Contact me and we'll discuss on a case-by-case basis. Your consumer rights: Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to a full refund if you cancel with reasonable notice (usually 24+ hours).
