Free Intro to Held Together
A free introduction to Held Together — a weekly circle I'm starting for mothers with babies in the early months. This is not a full session. It's a gentle preview where you can meet me, experience the space, and see what we do each week — with no obligation to join the weekly circle afterwards. Who can attend? You're warmly welcome if you're: * Pregnant — planning ahead for postnatal support * A new mum with a baby under 6 weeks — come if you feel ready, no pressure * A mum with a baby 6 weeks - 6 months — the core age range for the weekly circle What we'll do I'll give you a taste of what the weekly circle includes: * Rebozo self-care — a sample of simple techniques to tend to your own body using just a scarf * Gentle humming or lullabies — a brief experience of connecting with your baby through sound * Baby massage preview — I'll demonstrate (you won't practice today, just watch and learn what it looks like) * Guided relaxation — a short breathwork and rest practice * Q&A — space to ask questions about the circle, what to expect, how it works This is a taster, not a full session. You'll get a feel for the space, the rhythm, and whether it's something you'd like to be part of. About the weekly circle: The weekly Held Together circle starts Monday 13th April 2026, and runs every Monday, 10:30–11:30am at The Centre. It's a drop-in — you can attend once, or regularly, or whenever it feels right. Sessions are £15 each, limited to 6 mother–baby pairs. This is a calm, gently held space for mothers and babies in the early months — without pressure to keep up, perform, or do things "right". Each session moves at a baby-led pace, with space to pause, rest, feed, or simply be together. Cost This introduction day is completely free. Payment: Payment is required in advance unless otherwise stated. One-to-one services (Womb Steaming, Closing the Bones, Held Rest): 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking by bank transfer Remaining balance payable on the day of the session Held 1-to-1 (private postnatal support): Full payment in advance by bank transfer Held Together (weekly mother & baby circle): Full payment (£15) in advance by bank transfer Must be paid by Sunday 6pm before the Monday session Once I receive your payment, I'll confirm your booking. Cancellations & Refunds For one-to-one services - Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel, your deposit will be retained. I may offer to reschedule subject to availability. For Held Together (mother & baby circle): Cancel by Sunday 6pm: Full refund Cancel after Sunday 6pm: 50% forfeited (£7.50), 50% held as credit (£7.50) No-show (didn't cancel): Payment forfeited, no credit Life is unpredictable — if something comes up, just let me know as soon as you can. Exceptional circumstances (serious illness, emergency): Contact me and we'll discuss on a case-by-case basis. Your consumer rights: Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to a full refund if you cancel with reasonable notice (usually 24+ hours).
