A sacred pause. A soft return to you. This is not just baby massage. This is a deeply personal, 1:1 sanctuary for you and your baby (6 weeks to 6 months, pre-crawling). A quiet, nourishing space where you can soften, be seen and feel deeply supported in the tender unfolding of early motherhood. What It Is A private version of the Sacred Mama & Baby Circle — just for you. Two spacious, 90-minute sessions in which we gently weave baby massage, postpartum care, nervous system support and ritual — all attuned to your unique rhythms and needs. This is a space for slowing down. For being held. For remembering that your needs matter, too. There’s no rush. No performance. No expectations. Just presence, softness and soulful care. What You’ll Receive * 2 x 90-minute 1:1 sessions Spaced over 2 weeks to allow for rest, integration and baby-led flow. * Personalised Baby Massage & Bonding Gentle, responsive techniques to nurture deep connection between you and your baby — at a pace that honours your little one’s cues. * Postnatal Ritual & Rebozo-Inspired Care Soft touch, grounding practices, and gentle somatic support to help your body feel safe, soothed, and seen. * Guided Rest & Nervous System Nourishment Sound healing, breathwork and meditative stillness designed to restore and rebalance. * Time for Tea, Sharing & Gentle Conversation Space to be witnessed in your motherhood journey — with no pressure, only presence. Location Options 📍 In-Studio The Heart’s Mystery — a peaceful garden sanctuary in Hedge End, Southampton. 🏡 At Home Home visits available within 5 miles (free), with a small additional travel fee beyond. Cancellation Policy
Advance Notice All sessions must be booked with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Same-day bookings are not available through the online system. Same-Day Requests If you would like to request a same-day appointment, please email me directly at hayley@theheartsmystery.com. I will do my best to accommodate you where possible, depending on availability. Deposits A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is payable on the day, either in cash or via bank transfer. Arrival Time Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Your session time includes space for settling in and gently closing, so there is no need to arrive early. Cancellations and Rescheduling I understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable. If you are unable to attend your session, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible, allowing others the opportunity to book and helping me manage my schedule effectively. Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or reschedules made with more than 24 hours' notice will not incur any charge. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the full session fee. No-Shows: Non-attendance without prior notice will be charged at 100% of the session fee. Emergency Situations I fully understand that genuine emergencies can occur. If an emergency prevents you from attending, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to be flexible and understanding.
