This is a quiet, sacred space for women ready to honour their womb wisdom and embrace gentle self-care. Together, in a small, intimate circle, we’ll explore the art of yoni steaming — its history, benefits, and how to practise safely and confidently. Please note, this is a clothed demonstration only; there will be no group steaming during the session.
You’ll receive a handcrafted herbal blend to take home, alongside guidance on tools, positions, and rituals that support your connection to yourself. We’ll move through soothing sound and meditation to deepen that inner listening.
There will be a clothed demonstration so you can feel empowered to explore what feels right for you in your own time.
