Warm. Unhurried. Deeply restoring. An ancient practice — and one your body may recognise before your mind does. Womb steaming is a traditional self-care practice used by women across cultures for millennia. It is simple. You sit over warm herbal steam, with a blend chosen specifically for you. The gentle heat and medicinal herbs create an experience of profound rest, grounding and reconnection with your body. This is for you if you are: Living with endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, fibroids, or painful and irregular periods Postpartum and ready to begin deeper restoration Navigating perimenopause, menopause, or hormonal transition Experiencing vaginal dryness or recurring infections Carrying miscarriage or pregnancy loss that was never properly held Preparing your womb for pregnancy Simply craving warmth, stillness and time that is entirely yours What to expect: You'll be welcomed into my calm, private home space in Clanfield with time to settle and arrive — never rushed straight into the session. Together we'll prepare your herbal blend. You'll be fully covered and completely private throughout. You'll sit over the warm steam for approximately 20 minutes — in silence, with soft music, drumming, or gentle guidance. Entirely your choice. Afterwards there is unhurried time to rest, integrate and return to yourself before we close gently together. What women describe: Many women leave feeling more settled in their bodies — more gathered, more themselves. Some notice shifts over time: easier cycles, reduced tension, easing of perimenopausal symptoms, a return of warmth to areas that had felt numb or disconnected. For those carrying grief or loss in the womb space, the experience can be quietly but significantly releasing. Every woman's experience is her own. This is not treatment or therapy. It is a practice of warmth, attention, and slowing down — and it does not replace professional medical care. Please do not steam if you are: Pregnant or think you might be · Currently menstruating or bleeding · Fitted with an IUD · Experiencing fresh bleeding between periods · In the luteal phase while trying to conceive · Dealing with an active infection Unsure whether this is suitable? Please reach out before booking — there are no silly questions. Mobile sessions occasionally available. See the Contact page for details.
