Womb Steaming
Womb steaming (sometimes called yoni steaming) is a traditional self-care practice that offers warmth and quiet attention to the pelvic space. This is a simple, woman-led ceremony — not a treatment or therapy — and is held with privacy, dignity and choice at its centre. How the session is held: You’ll be welcomed into a calm, private space and given time to arrive and settle. You’ll then change into a long, draped steaming gown, worn without clothing underneath. The gown falls fully to the floor, enclosing the warmth and allowing you to remain covered and at ease throughout. While you change, I prepare a gentle herbal steam blend for you. You’ll sit comfortably on a specially designed stool, positioned over the warm herbal steam. I’ll offer guidance on how to sit, move and listen to your body — always inviting you to follow what feels right for you. The steaming itself lasts around 20 minutes and may be held: in silence with soft music or with gentle guided words, if you wish Afterwards, there is time to rest, integrate and change back into your clothes before a gentle close. The intention: This offering is about warmth, privacy and slowing down. Some women find the experience deeply relaxing or grounding. Others simply appreciate the chance to pause and be with their body without interruption. There is nothing to achieve and no particular experience expected. Session length: Please allow 60 minutes in total Clothing: Fully clothed except while wearing the steaming gown Boundaries: No internal contact, no massage, no treatment Womb steaming is offered as holistic self-care and is not suitable during pregnancy or menstruation. Home-based sessions: Available from my home space in Clanfield, Hampshire on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Mobile sessions - Available by arrangement in Clanfield and surrounding areas, with a small travel supplement. Cancellation Policy
Held Together is offered as a 4 week series and is booked as a complete group experience. The full course fee is payable at the time of booking Spaces are limited and confirmed on a first-come basis Your place is secured once payment has been received Individual sessions are not available, and the course cannot be split or transferred. Commitment to the Group: This series is intentionally held as a small, consistent group to support familiarity, safety, and ease. By booking, you’re reserving a place within the group for the full 4 weeks, whether or not you’re able to attend every session. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your place: More than 7 days before the start date You may request a refund, minus a £20 administrative fee. Within 7 days of the start date The course fee is non-refundable. This is because your place cannot be re-filled at short notice and the group is prepared in advance. Missed Sessions I understand that illness, baby needs and unexpected days are part of early motherhood. If you’re unable to attend a session: Refunds or partial refunds are not available Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or transferred However, to support continuity at home, you will be offered: The written baby massage guide for that week Photos or short video guidance where helpful A recording of the guided relaxation or meditation shared in the session This allows you to continue gently in your own time, without pressure to “catch up”. If I Need to Cancel In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session or the full series: You will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your place to a future series A Gentle Note: Held Together is offered as holistic postnatal wellbeing support and is not a substitute for medical care.
