Yoni Steaming
A gentle, grounding practice to nourish your womb, soften your body and support emotional and energetic release. This is a quiet space to simply be — Just you, herbal steam and time to return to yourself. You'll change into a comfortable gown while I prepare your personalised herbal steam blend, intuitively chosen to meet your needs that day. The steam session lasts around 20 minutes. You may wish to rest in silence, tune into your breath or receive gentle background sound healing as you unwind. Afterwards, there's time to gently ground, integrate and slowly return. This offering is ideal for: Regular womb care — monthly, cyclically or seasonally Easing stagnation — physical, emotional or energetic Supporting your cycle or transition (menstruation, postpartum, perimenopause, etc.) Quiet devotion to your sacred self Location: Held in my peaceful garden studio in Hedge End, Southampton. (Full address shared upon booking.) Pricing & Payment: £45 · Approx. 1 hour A deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day. Please Note: This is a simplified, standalone session for those who wish to return to the practice regularly, or experience it without a full ceremony. Cancellation Policy
Advance Notice All sessions must be booked with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Same-day bookings are not available through the online system. Same-Day Requests If you would like to request a same-day appointment, please email me directly at hayley@theheartsmystery.com. I will do my best to accommodate you where possible, depending on availability. Deposits A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is payable on the day, either in cash or via bank transfer. Arrival Time Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Your session time includes space for settling in and gently closing, so there is no need to arrive early. Cancellations and Rescheduling I understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable. If you are unable to attend your session, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible, allowing others the opportunity to book and helping me manage my schedule effectively. Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or reschedules made with more than 24 hours' notice will not incur any charge. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the full session fee. No-Shows: Non-attendance without prior notice will be charged at 100% of the session fee. Emergency Situations I fully understand that genuine emergencies can occur. If an emergency prevents you from attending, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to be flexible and understanding.
