The Heart's Mystery is a quiet space for women to return to their bodies.
I offer slow, reverent support for women at moments of transition — through presence, touch, ritual and gentle guidance.
In-person sessions are offered from my home space in Hampshire, with offerings also available as a mobile service locally.
I hold spaces where:
– your body sets the pace
– nothing is expected from you
– touch is non-demanding and consensual
– emotion is allowed without performance
– motherhood is supported without instruction
My work is rooted in lived experience, intuition and deep respect for the body’s timing.
I don’t follow formulas or protocols.
I listen — to breath, tone, posture and what isn’t being said.
Everything here moves at the pace of safety.
This support may be held:
– in quiet one-to-one spaces for women
– in small, intimate gatherings
– with mothers and babies together
– through gentle touch and nervous-system rest
– through simple, embodied practices
Some women arrive seeking privacy.
Others arrive needing community.
All are met with care and without pressure.
Alongside in-person work, I also create ritual companions for home — handcrafted pieces designed to support women who prefer to be with themselves, in their own time.
