A place for women to return to their bodies — gently, slowly and without demand.

I offer grounded, reverent support for women navigating their wellbeing.

Not to fix what is broken, but to create the conditions where the body can settle, soften and be heard.

This work is held through presence, ritual and quiet attunement — always led by the body's own timing.

In-person sessions take place in my home space or yours in Hampshire, alongside carefully held small workshops offered locally.

Whatever you're navigating, or if you simply need quieter tending, this is a place to feel met, not managed.

Here, I hold spaces where:

– your body sets the rhythm
– nothing is asked of you
– practices are offered slowly, clearly and with consent
– emotion is welcome without explanation or performance

M

My work is rooted in lived experience, intuitive listening and deep respect for the body's intelligence.

I don't follow rigid protocols or formulas.

I listen — to breath, tone, posture, pauses and what is not being said.

Everything here moves at the pace of safety.

What I offer:

Womb Steaming (Yoni Steaming) — Warmth and quiet attention for the pelvic space

Closing the Bones — A ceremony of being gathered and held during transition

Held Rest — Deep nervous-system settling through safe, consensual touch

Seasonal Ceremonies — Small gatherings aligned with the turning of the seasons

Some women arrive seeking privacy.
Others arrive needing quiet companionship.
All are met with care, clarity and without pressure.

If you are already familiar with womb steaming and prefer your own space, I create handcrafted tools:

womb steaming stools, carefully sourced herb blends and ritual sets for your home.

For women over 18, at any stage of life.

You don't need to justify why you're tired, scattered or simply needing to be held.

If something in you feels recognised here, you’re welcome to explore further — gently and at your own pace.
